I agree with this. Trump's Iran war is going poorly. Trump & Hegseth have been completely caught out by their own mistakes. Those are facts and the media needs to cover them in an aggressive manner. The President is not mentally or physically capable of doing his job and is endangering the USA.
War is when the country most needs journalism relentlessly focused on reporting the facts, without fear or favor. Without it, Americans would not have learned of My Lai, or the truth about Watergate. That is just what Hegseth fears, and what Trump's determined to prevent by coopting the press.
When Trump and Hegseth renamed the Department of Defense the Department of War, they made it clear they do not seek peace. From eliminating guardrails to firing personnel, Trump and Hegseth's decisions put all of us at risk.

Six years ago today, Louisville police murdered Breonna Taylor while serving a no-knock warrant based on false information.
They shot her six times while she slept in her home. Breonna was only 26. She was an EMT, an aspiring nurse, and beloved by all who knew her.
