I imagine the hardest part of this project was having to kill God so that you'd be unhampered by divine intervention stopping you from bringing this affront to the natural order to fruition.
Imagine using AI art to promote meeting real people
Solidarity with the workers of Ubisoft Halifax.
Just weeks after they formed the company’s first union in North America, Ubisoft has shut down the shop rather than bargain in good faith. 71 talented folks thrown out of work.
Outrageous!

Thanks for nothing, François Legault
"The slick-talking businessman who wanted to run Quebec like a company ended up blaming immigrants and minorities for all our problems — like every other conservative politician who’s run out of ideas."

майор подскользнется, майор упадет (ICE agent sliding and falling on actual ice)
Когда я с ними, я перестаю умирать
У них открытые руки и цветные слова
Они дышат травой и им на всё плевать
А майор идёт их уничтожать
Никто из них не примет нас, никто не поймёт

It’s funny and stupid that I needed to visit Paris to finally understand poetry.

Well, you deserve faceless nameless toothless press communication that we get from all the big companies. I hope that Larian won’t turn into that, but you are currently the ones pushing for PR-approved messages from people with media training.
Does this mean we need to give Larian carte blanche at everything they do and not be critical? No.
But we definitely need to give them more benefit of the doubt doubt than to most other companies.
Instead, their reputation and their honesty are turned against them.
Instead of fighting with companies that literally sell AI art in their predatory live service game you’re jumping at people who literally pushing boundaries of creative expression in a AAA video games.
I’ll be honest: bashing one of the most ethical and creative studios in the industry for allowing its people to experiment with new tools in a non-player facing ways is a true embarrassment and an illustration of what’s wrong with modern discourse.
Tbh, I feel that a lot of it might initially come from a place of actual concern about the children. It’s just you either start digging, learn how bad things actually are and go desperate, or you find an easy scapegoat against whom you already have the bias supported by anecdotal evidence.

Montreal should be ashamed that our new mayor is much less left-wing than new mayor of New York.
Congratulations to @zohrankmamdani.bsky.social with his well-deserved victory!
JD Vance claims that diversity weakens unions, as people end up distrusting each other and not organizing.
Let me tell you two menswear stories related to this claim. 🧵
Well, tbh, I don’t want to live next door to people who speak in a language of hate :D
After reading Pynchon’s “Shadow Ticket” and playing Psychonauts 2, I suddenly realized that bowling just completely disappeared from the cultural context.
Also, called some friends to hit up the alley.
My players: "And I can cast a spell as a reaction because I have Warcaster"
Me, the wise DM: "Heh. It's pronounced 'wooster.'"
Just heard the most montréalaise curse ever: calice de what the fuck
What a perfect timing for the release of “One Battle After Another”. Not only it hit the spot for me exactly when I was craving this type of a wild conspiracy story, it also is too relevant for the present day. This, and “Civil War”.
А Мусоргский — бухал!
"Selling Out Is Bad" is a valuable concept and despite all the baggage and bullshit and elitism it could contain it's actually really good to reinforce the ideal that having integrity when it matters, especially when it hurts, is what good/cool people do. Should be adapted instead of jettisoned.

Weapons is really cool! I will definitely steal a final scene into my home game. But kind of wish it went into a bit different direction with a threat presented to the characters or at least foreshadowed it more.
Our Curse of Strahd campaign just downsized to 3 players. Good thing we were recruiting everyone we met, so we might not have a Hulk, but we have an army!
Thanks for this adventure!
Also, I think this giveaway boosted sales of my adventure, that I also decided to release for scratching an itch for the Forge. So double thank you! :D
Yeah, this would’ve been cool, but for now it feels like the only way is to either make a name for yourself or join the group that already has an established name that is a quality stamp in and of itself. And I have no idea how to do either of these things. :D
