Yeah. Also the reason why scaling any automation within an operational org of any kind is so hard. Most orgs are people systems, able to flexibly navigate red lights breaking down. The more automation, the less people that know how to navigate failure. The org becomes efficient but brittle.

Yup. A council told me about their new AI system for parking fines that helps users write letters challenging the fine and then helps the council write responses to them. Services will be flattened. The interface is the permissions layer - The terms and conditions tick box we all currently ignore.
