"Grammarly will face a class action lawsuit over [a] feature that dispensed writing advice using the names of prominent journalists, academics, and authors"
"Contrary to the apparent belief of some tech companies, it is unlawful to appropriate peoplesβ names and identities for commercial purposes"
the two genders: people who see this and say "Timberborn" and people who see this and say "Pokopia"
βI donβt want to hear even the slightest amount of bullshit about how you didnβt need to ask for permission to use our names & use our identities. You just wanted to steal, so you stole. You wanted to take things w/o permission, so you did. Itβs wrong.β
My dieting has fallen under regular attacks by my players not eating their alloted sweets and chips and then keeping them here to "make me gain some weight". #dnd #ttrpg
Don't worry. They scoop the rest of your email and inbox as well.
And then you go to a tailor to get it fixed and they give you a look.
It's like people forgot Somalia already.
I'm live with a painting stream!

It doesn't matter. The tech has to cleaned of theft before we can discuss how useful it is and for what.

It seems generated to begin with, which tells you everything you need to know about how the person values the work of others. They are looking for excuses.
True. A photographer will take more energy to take a photo. But it is still something new and real.
I think we argue in circles though. This argument was about the energy/water need of GenAlgos, where we agree it pales in contrast to other industries in need of regulation.
But that is not really true. GenAlgos do not endanger anyone in heavy industries and farming. It's the office jobs they go for.
Human work can. Stock photos might not be the best example. But GenAlgos never do. They only leech on the work of others.
Though the later produces actual value and human connection, not just living from the theft. You cannot disconnect GenAlgos from the work they steal. Without the human work they don't continue to function.
Poisoning the well for anyone after them.
How can anyone respect that person, WHILE then not agreeing with his push for military use? That makes no sense. Altman has to be put in front of a jury for many reasons. He does not seem to value human live and morals. He rather seems to be a swifty con-man capitalist.
I don't like GenAlgos either, but we need to stop focusing on their energy and water use. That is literally the smallest problem. The waste of water and energy in the agrar and chemical industry dwarves by miles.
And then you sit on the same antagonist for weeks...
the problem with writing is that you have to do it
I rarely talk about personal stuff on here, but I recently removed myself from an unsafe situation, and am currently trying to recover financially.
I am putting it out there that I'm available for work either as an artist or art director. If anyone is interested please get in touch! β€οΈ
It's about time you learn about the history of your own country.
As were the cabinets before. Don't kid yourself. The Trumpet has only stopped working with the gentleman's agreement. The power was given to the office long before and politicans already corrupt and rich.
Just voting blue again isn't fixing this.
You also had elections before were people continued to vote for parties strengthening the power of the president over and over again and were also suuper rich themselves...
It's not voting dems or reps. Fix your shit. Otherwise the US will end up like the Roman Republic.
So, vote other parties. Hold the reps and dems responsible. Get capital out of politics, stop gerrymandering and "the winner takes all". See people as people and not identities to put into boxes to fight against.
And stop being a presidential republic. Fundamental reforms are needed.
Dunno. That was the goal of the founders, but if you look at US history, it became an oligarchy the minute it could. The whole liberty stick was always to push capital. See WW1 and WW2, or th 1850s.
I would argue the two party system did the rest. Polarization and its capital killed the US.
I can see my old ones still.
I can hear the CPU fans working from here
