Retired from marathoning. #210 was in Wellington, New Zealand in June 2023. Karen Mitchell ran 126 marathons. We both ran a marathon in every USA state. I was the first runner from Pennsylvania to run a marathon in every state, all under 4 hours.

Casey Ellis of Towanda, PA won the 115th Berwick Run For The Diamonds 9 miler in 45:08 in cold rain on Thanksgiving morning. This photo is about 10k on a hilly rural part of the course.

Karen Lam-Duckett, York, PA is the York White Rose Run race director. She is an accomplished marathoner and ultramarathoner. Karen won the 2004 Harrisburg Marathon in 3:11:11. We often hear her run by our place at 5:30AM. #running, #yorkwinterseries.
