The 4.5-5% pale seems to be the sweet spot for @elusivebrewing.com in my opinion. Ephemeris in particular is one of the best beers I've had in a while

What an unbelievably smooth beer this is at 12.5% from @sirencraftbrew.bsky.social. Aged for 18 months in a variety of bourbon barrels and bottled in October 2023. Superb accompaniment to the finale of Pluribus
