Geekify sent out a goddamn college dissertation about the cancellation and tbh it was way too much to read, but really it’s a shame. Even if it was just gonna be 5E, it could’ve been cool to have it laid out
So this terrifying skull wolf cryptid creature broke into my cabin in the woods to kill me, but I saw that its knees had a slight digitigrade bend to them, so I called my subscribestar agent and told them and now the creature is banned from ever posting again

The first concept of my cockatoo had talon hands and a more gradients on the feathers, someone did their take and did wing hands and I went back and forth for years before settling on the final ref sheet design. It’s much easier to find what you’re looking for through trial and error
You gotta let it develop organically. If you get with a good artist that you like, just tell them you’re trying out some different stuff and see if there are any designs they would add or change. Eventually you’ll find something that sticks
