“Repro workers are exhausted. ‘Burnout’ isn’t a strong enough word. They’re carrying so much…And what are they getting in return? Union busting, layoffs, and poverty wages”

Time for the bosses to stop sabotaging their own stated goals

It has never been clearer that all of repro needs to unionize than it has been today watching an RJ org lay off their entire staff while the rest of the movement is promoting a chatbot that does not work instead of paying actual human beings what they’re worth
We are absolutely disgusted with All Above All management’s decision to lay off their entire staff, while keeping every single executive on the payroll, shortly after staff detailed anti-Blackness within the organization. Please donate to help support these workers www.gofundme.com/f/repro-work...
A very good reason to defend sex workers today is they'll eventually treat you like a sex worker tomorrow
Cop City will never be built Abolitions is a reproductive justice issue Solidarity is not a crime
Solidarity with organizers fighting to #StopCopCity, including those being criminalized ✊ We can never have true reproductive freedom or build effective worker power without abolishing the system that incarcerates people for pregnancy outcomes and violently breaks strikes!
Bugs Bunny tux meme “I wish all Texas repro workers a very pleasant Ken Paxton impeachment”
When something bad is happening to one of the worst people u know 🥲

This Labor Day, join us in supporting essential abortion workers who have been laid off or lost hours at work. Whether it’s abortion bans or union busting management coming for us, we’ve got us ✊ Donate to the Repro Worker Aid Fund! gofundme.com/f/repro-worker…
WORKERS (underlined for emphasis) MAKE ABORTIONS HAPPEN Graphics of a medical provider showing a patient information about procedural and medication abortion, someone answering a phone with a mask, hands using a manual vacuum aspiration, and someone working with a calculator
Happy Labor Day to all the medical providers, receptionists, counselors, hotline workers, admins, financial planners, cleaning staff, accountants, fundraisers, legal workers, comms and education specialists, and everyone else who makes abortions happen! Our movement runs on LABOR
Happy Labor Day bbs we’re still raising money to help laid off abortion workers! It may have been over a year since Dobbs (and over 2 since SB8…) but we still have new bans taking effect in new states, and each of those means layoffs or at least cut hours www.gofundme.com/f/repro-work...
LABOR JUSTICE IS REPRODUCTIVE JUSTICE
We’re saying it loud, this Labor Day weekend and every weekend: LABOR JUSTICE IS REPRODUCTIVE JUSTICE
Graphics of various professions (waiter, nurse, chef, healthcare, construction, etc) surround text that reads “every worker who wants an abortion deserves an abortion”
A reminder this Labor Day weekend: every worker who wants an abortion should be able to have an abortion, in the manner of their choosing, in their own community, without restrictions, for free ✊
"Construction workers see the most dramatic increases in injuries ... with the likelihood of injuries for them up by more than 20% during 85-degree-plus days.
Workers in warehousing, waste management, manufacturing and food services also see increases in risk of an accident by 13% to 18%."
For SELF, I highlighted the trans kids who don’t make the news, whose stories might go otherwise unheard: the ones who are already out there playing on teams with their friends, winning and losing without incident.

There are no “haven” states. Just because abortion is legal to a point in your state doesn’t mean people can actually get appointments in a timely manner. Abortion is time-sensitive. Fight for EVERY abortion patient like you’d fight for yourself. We’re all in this together, solidarity is all we have

The benefits of developing technology should accrue to us, the workers, through a reduction in how many hours we spend working, not to the bosses by helping them more efficiently extract exploit us
And if you want to help support those workers you can contribute to our fundraiser here for the worker aid fund here www.gofundme.com/f/repro-work...
This is a terrible week for abortion patients and workers. Solidarity with our comrades today in South Carolina, and in Indiana, and everywhere abortion bans have been taking effect. If you're losing hours at work or getting laid off, you can apply for support here www.reprojobs.org/aid
Abortion is now banned in Indiana. Our hearts always break for the patients we serve and fight for when a ban takes effect, but we're also heartbroken for all the abortion workers who then face the prospect of losing their jobs or hours at work. Donate to help us support these essential workers!
BREAKING: Graduate workers at Duke University have won a union.
2,500 student-workers have chosen to organize with Duke Grad Union, with 88% voting yes.
They now form the first graduate union at a private university in the South.
In a first of its kind ruling, a Montana state court ruled in favor of young people who allege the state violated their right to a “clean and healthful environment” by promoting the use of fossil fuels.

The anti-abortion movement will not be shamed by stories of young children giving birth against their will, because young children giving birth against their will is a success story for them. They stopped an abortion.
When a state bans abortion it is devastating for people who need abortions, but also for the workers whose clinics scale back or fully close. As union abortion workers, we’re coming together to have our comrades’ backs! Join us by donating and sharing https://www.gofundme.com/f/repro-worker-aid-fund
Polls close at 7:30pm ET in Ohio! It's a battle over direct democracy.
Which is *also* a proxy battle over abortion rights, but beyond that so much else will be affected by the result.
