You can buy a 50 MPG hybrid but you're still paying more. Generally utilities need to give advanced warnings of rate increase

(a) This is the Bolt EUV shell, not the (slightly smaller) Bolt EV.
(b) Everything bracket-creeps because of steadily tougher crash-safety tests that now demand 4-6" of air between a passenger's shoulder + the nearest pillar to allow for side-impact airbags to deploy properly. Among other things.

I hacked my brand new tool. Normally, you would need to press the gray unlock button before pulling the black trigger.
I pulled it apart, cut a notch in the gray button and screwed it back together.
