Yes, it has that built-in, and we did that in a second track, but in this case we wanted to image Suberization.

@deutschebahn.com it would be cool with a sticker book like in the good old days to collect all your delay reasons. - like a bingo. First full book gets to delay 3 trains of their own choice!

An Arabidopsis leaf-infection assay with Alternaria alternata showing lesions on Col-0, defenseless (abi1-1 coi1 eds1 ein2 rbohD sid2) and cyp79b2b3 plants. The lesions are worst on cyb79b2b3, intermediate on the defenseless plant, and least on Col. Similarly, plants infected with Pseudomonas syringae show strongest susceptibility in an eds1 sid2 background, medium susceptibility in defenseless, and least in Col.

I donβt disagree, but this is a case-by-case thing. I have seen severely flawed papers, where I as a reviewer requested additional experiments, published in a different journal a few months later.

Fig. 2 (shortened, full legend in paper): Perturbations of SlMYB41, SlMYB92, and SlWRKY71 expression affect the suberization of tomato exodermis. (A) Percentage of cross-sections showing a non-suberized, an early suberized (suberin in <50% of exodermal cells), or a late suberized (suberin in >50% of exodermal cells) exodermis phenotype in hairy root cultures of the control (empty vector), CRISPR knockout lines [Slmyb41-ko, Slmyb92-ko, Slwrky71-ko(4), and Slwrky71-ko(5)], and overexpressing lines (SlMYB41-OX, SlMYB92-OX, and SlWRKY71-OX). The number above the bars represents the number (n) of individual roots examined in each genotype. Asterisks denotes statistically significant differences between each line in comparison with the empty vector control, whereas n.s. indicates no significant differences (P<0.05, Ο2 test).
