It’s an amazing area of Manhattan!!! I’m so happy my daughter chose to live there and that’s where I get to visit!

#RockinTuesday I love these jutting rocks on the Monongahela in #Pittsburgh. A reminder of how earth’s mantel bent and eroded, leaving rocks once parallel to the surface, aiming skyward. A great seat to contemplate how earth existed well before us and will exist after we are gone. #photography
