Girl, i applied on indeed and have no idea what the job is. This feels fake af.
Majority of the interview i couldnt stop making “wth” faces and was generally disinterested even though they were looking for “excitable go-getters for marketing projects”. And I got a second interview.
Their website was nothing but stock photos and corporate buzzwords with no explanation about what services they provide beyond “commecting people, they scheduled group interviews without providing the job title or saying it was a group.
also had an interview monday that i suspected was an MLM and when the interview basically confirmed it I sent them an honest but PROFESSIONAL email on why I didnt want to continue for a second interview. I may be good at interviewing, but I also follow up and maybe thats not always great but idc.

Oh no it was a more like a receptionist/office manager/editing quality control person all in one. Very nice people but a lot of hats and the DTLA didnt help sell it haha. Havent seen a non-indie/non-volunteer boards job in awhile tbh
Just an update on this if anyone cares, Im not going to take the job, for several reasons but really it wasnt a good fit. It was a fun ego boost to get kind of love bombed tho! Gonna keep looking for steady work that works for me 😎👍
