Because I don't give a fuck why someone made a false accusation. It was false. Why they did it doesn't make it any more true.
Only the tech industry could get away with releasing something like chatbots in a state that doesn't really work, force it on other industries, make them pay for it, then just point to the "fail fast, fail often" sign when it pisses everyone off.
