hmm, I found that if I was aiming in the vague direction it would always hit, and if you pull up the abilities menu you can like cycle through who you're aiming for and it'll always hit too!
oh damn that really sucks, I didn't have any issues with it - at risk of giving the standard advice, maybe turning aim assist on and off might fix it??
