I wouldn't be at all surprised if there's some additional spending in Mass that isn't captured in that $62.8B number.

Massachusetts & Tennessee are good comparison states bc they have similar populations.

I checked their total state budgets.

I expected MA to be a lot higher than TN.

TN $57.9B

There could be details that make it not 🍎2🍎, but on a glance it's closer than I expected.

NDOT is starting to dip their toe in the narrowing-only traffic-calming designs. Just three rows of flex posts that define a lane and cause drivers to slow down. I think it can work. Interested to see results.

What are Summer tires? I'm from a 90" of ❄️ per winter city. We only had snow tires and all-season tires.
