They WERE going to it seems, (the textures are even used on his droppable parts) but the in-game cubemap (skybox, reflection map, etc) is CORRUPTED in fnaf ar! (not forsaken ar we fixed it.)

This causes anything shiny to have a gross checkerboard pattern on it. Look:
