He has stated that he never goes back to where he’s been. For him to consider it, even for the short term, they’ll need to offer a king’s ransom.

It's Pi Day (3.14) in the States, so by request of @fergusmckee.bsky.social I am posting my adaptation of a family many generational apple pie recipe. Mea Culpa - I am an ex-chef who doesn't use recipes, but I have attempted to lay out the recipe & process in an easy, detailed manner. Ask if needed.
Will be posting the recipes shortly to Bluesky. I'm an ex-chef & rarely use recipes so I had to think & set it up for a lay person. Hopefully the steps will be easy to follow.
Stay safe!
The egg makes the crust flakier. Reserve a bit of the beaten egg to brush the top crust & also then sprinkle a bit of sugar on top. Bake on a sheet pan to catch any seepage for 1 hour in a 350°F oven. I will elaborate more if needed. #COYS
You can also add a splash of liquor, brandy, Calvados, bourbon or spiced rum (to the apples) as they cook. This process negates the need for flour or corn starch. For the dough, use white & whole wheat flour with a bit of corn meal. (I could put together a recipe if requested). Also add an egg. 2/
Apple pie has been a staple in my family passed down through generations. I use a combination of apples, usually Rome & Granny Smith, about 10/pie. The trick is to cook the slices 1st in butter & sugar (1/3 cup), a tsp of cinnamon & pinch of nutmeg until the juices evaporate. 1/
I lost a very close friend who was 26 when he succumbed to colon cancer. Funny and energetic, I will continue to miss him. Rod, this donation is for you who are gone but not forgotten! 🙏
The vultures are out with Neville & Liew actively rooting for Spurs to be relegated. It continues to amaze me the pleasure people get from trashing the club.
I understand, but I don't believe that players' lack of technical ability can be fixed with motivation. I hope that Tudor's system will embed enough so that players will react better & play faster with & without the ball. Will it happen? Who knows? Either way, it's all a crap shoot.
Figured, but I just don't see the benefit of injecting another change when this is the 3rd manager in the last 2 years who has encountered the same problem. That tells me it's not the manager & to change system again (especially for Dyche) would perpetuate players' slow responsiveness on the pitch.

Looks like a good mouthful!
He is high up in Tavistock & everything that I’ve read, he is the one who oversees ENIC & speaks for the Lewis family. So when he speaks, the board jumps. He most likely knows little about football, but hopefully he can sanction good appointments.
There has absolutely been a lack of direction at Spurs since the Levy sacking. Even though he’s not on the board, Nick Beucher came in & demanded Frank be sacked. He needs to come back to finish the job & sack Lange & Venkatesham. It’s too late now but tomorrow is better late than never. #COYS
I rarely drink beer but I will nurse one through a match. Today it was gone at 4-0.

We’ll never know, but what would’ve happened in season 3 if Ange had been backed instead of sacked. Perhaps similar injuries & results, but guaranteed the players would have been together, fighting for the badge. Instead, Levy had to make the change resulting in this total train wreck.
I will also say that if Kinsky had gotten a few starts here & there, his confidence wouldn’t so easily have totally collapsed. He must have been so amped for this start only for his balloon to be quickly popped.
The same. He was also the first to inquire about my Spurs fandom. I tried searching for him a little while ago, but came up empty. I’ve always valued his posts & I hope that he is well.
Words are meaningless. Affecting the wallet is the only thing that will get the board’s attention.
A rebuild may not be the worst thing. Think of the youth here & coming. The biggest thing Enic has to do is get the new DoF right.
A small silver lining if Spurs are relegated. It last happened in 1977 under Kieth Burkinshaw. They won promotion the next year, then consecutive FA Cups & the last UEFA trophy before Ange’s last season. So the cockerel can rise from the ashes like a phoenix (assuming a lesson is learned.) #COYS
When Palace had the first goal chalked off, I thought finally getting a break. That lasted about 5 minutes.
3-4-3 or 3-4-2-1. Hard to say as 3 strikers are starting. If they rotate a lot, it could be a brilliant strategy!
Brennan Johnson will start on the bench. So he won't score, right? Right?
#COYS
Tudor going with the triple striker set up. One of them is bound to score, right? Right?
