Tax cars properly. Annual tax should be something like: 50p per kg of car + £10 per square meter + £1 per gCO2/km + £10 per ton of CO2 generated at production + average damage caused by accidents of that car type per year. The math is simple, fair and an incentive for safer more sustainable cars.

A lot of excellent tech staff are working hard to keep everything working, but outages and siruptions are inevitable.
I've been listening to the audiobooks recently, and this line from So Long and Thanks for All the Fish (which I haven't read in decades and barely remember) felt like an accurate description of a lot of pro-AI talk I come across.
I am sorry but this populism doesn't work for me and the fact that the libdems didn't join the populist shouting match that politics has become was one of their strong suits for me.
