My car is currently undrivable and it seriously has me leaning into my tendency to self-isolate. This is probably not healthy for me, but the car does go into the shop in a couple of days, so I just need to hang on for a little longer

Vertigo sucks, even with the privilege of good, caring treatment 😵💫. I started Vestibular Ocular Reflex exercises today, and they suck so bad they must be working. I literally feel like the couch is rocking right now and I’m supposed to do this 3 times a day 🤢
