There have been times I've been walking the dogs and think about something I want to remember and I've been without watch or phone. I end up having to repeat the thing in my head over and over again for the rest of the walk.

I've started to use my watch to add reminders when I think of stuff and it's helped me a ton. Times like when I'm walking the dogs and I don't have hands free to make a note but I think about something it's been great.
