Several of my English learners speak English cuss words with a perfect English accent... :-) Their other words, not so much.
We use an equal sign and single squiggle.
Symbols, pi is asymptotically equal to 3,14 , painted on a wall above some tables.
I'm a teacher in the US. My mom is traveling abroad and sent me this. She said it was posted in a school. Can anyone help me with the symbol usage? I'm not finding any other use of asymptotically equal to pi. Thoughts? #iteachmath #mtbos
