Bah, was noticing that when poking about. Quite annoying. Wish there'd been transparency *before* making such a shift. :/

Ah, regular photo apps actually can open .webp files now. Maybe it will be fine. But its rollout has been anything but.

I do NOT like this development if they're making this shift.

WEBP is a format I've had nothing but issues in easily saving/opening.
