A runner has to begin loop 4 by the 36 hour mark in order to continue. Neither Damian nor Sébastien will finish loop 3 in time to begin loop 4; however, if they complete loop 3 within 40 hours they will be credited with a Fun Run. #BM100

Late post today but completed my second #parkrun of the year. Was so busy at Heaton parkrun I jumped on to help with scanning and I didn’t even finish sub 30. Forgot to get photos of the runners so here is a photos of how cold it was on the lake.

Brilliant weekend of running. My twin, all the way over from Brisbane to complete her 50th #parkrun and then she joined me at Conwy half marathon my final race of the year where I got 3 medals for the races done. Conwy half; scouse Welsh double and the 4 Castles series. Loved all of them.

I did the Caernarfon half marathon this morning and tried to go slow to avoid injury before the Lap next weekend which is the big race of the year for me. Wet and windy but really nice race and met lots of lovely runners on my way round. Race 2 of the 4 castles series completed
