Eze’s numbers between March and May are, to be honest, just mad.
Across the previous three seasons, the 27-year-old scored 22 goals in 41 games for club and country between the months of March and May.
It’s March - and history tells us this is when Eberechi Eze catches fire.

Mikel Arteta's side are into the quarter-finals of the FA Cup. They were made to work for it, though. Attack was wasteful at times and Mansfield put up a real fight, too. Thought Dowman was bright, and unlucky not to have a goal or assist.

Fair play to the hosts, who gave this a good go in the early stages. Arsenal, understandably, a bit shaky with the back-three and a mixed XI. Dowman decent, and should have scored, but Madueke got the opener. Arsenal better in a back-four now.
Martinelli finds Madueke on the edge of the box, and he curls an effort home.
