When Meetups were still a thing prepandemic, I did just that. Lots of self-help scams.
Showed up in safety gear to a UX Meetup when I led the data center build. Decided I knew more than anyone else there. On the way down, someone mansplained in detail how great it was that I am bettering myself.

For meds I get prescribed*after* the hospital visit, there's a copay: minimum of €5 to a maximum of €10 per package of meds.
Meds from the ambulance and hospital are free.
If it the hospital releases me with e.g. a broken foot, I can get a taxi back home reimbursed.
Unless the hospital can positively rule out any risk, they will keep me over night for monitoring. They will keep me how long it takes to get the acute phase over with and do needed procedures.
My co-pay for all this I zero. Nada. Zilch.
If I honestly believe I might be in a life-threatening condition, I call 112, they send at least an ambulance and (depending) a first responder doctor. Unless they can positively rule out any risk, they will take me the the hospital. 1/n

To be clear, I have waited full working days in some lobbies (stuff kept changing), took calls, everything. Have waited in some insanely fancy and expensive places.
Anyone approaching you in a fancy place likely intends to ask if you want to order anything. Decline politely and calmly and done.
If you can't do corporate, look techy. I have waited (actually waited) in countless lobbies, and the mix of t-shirt, functional pants, backpack, and laptop has always secured me a spot, sometimes for hours.
