I really don't know, because I never used Tumblr and haven't given a try. It feels odd to me when I published full pages here in Bsky at least.
There's an Instagram-like app based on BlueSky: @flashes.blue , it's now only for iOs (Android version still under test). That will be more suitable for comics, I think (especially if they manage to increase the 4-image limit per post)
