This morning I went to World Heritage Site, of Sir Titus Salt village Saltaire. Popped into the Peace Museum whilst I was there.
Bought a few theatre outings for May:
One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest at the Old Vic,
A Doll’s House at Almeida,
Into the Woods at Bridge Theatre.

Over the past couple of days our Women’s Team, Girls Academy players and all staff paid their respects for Amelia.
Amelia’s teammates honoured her memory, coming together during this difficult time.

I felt dizzy when home. I was so tired I clashed out for a hour. Think it’s messed up my sleep. Just listening to music at the moment.
Tried to run earlier but muscles in my legs were all stiff, and couldn’t move legs properly. Walking around dragging my feet after. Took like four times as long to get back. Kept sitting down. Hope a one off.
After I bought some Pokémon cards to cheer me up after been recommended some snake oil nonsense.
Went to the hygienist. Not worth it. BUPA charged something obscene. Used bank of dad. Wouldn’t bother. Waste of resources.
If I had a choice to sack him again I would. I would do it again and again.

I described a doctor as: inept, incompetent, liability, dangerous, unethical and harmful. Probably more.
Like anyone with a healthy amount of brain cells would be aware I’m saying they’re sacked.

Illness of the mind doesn’t exist. It’s experience of society issues. The problem isn’t the individual but of society. It’s easy to used illness of the mind as an excuse for criminal activity but there’s no evidence of its existence.

I met my friend, as he was at an open mic night in a pub near where I lived. Stayed a hour or so.
Seen family today, mostly having conversations with my dad. He getting old, like 79. So not too sure how long we’ll have together so it’s always good to spend time with each other.

Our children aren’t going to get good education, barely anyone can get a GP, dentist appointment, won’t be getting cancer treatment timely, police nowhere to be seen, our grandparents won’t get the care they deserve so what’s the point?
I left my flat, in the centre of Oxford the other day. In the car park, neighbours were speaking to each others: “no one wants to work anymore, I haven’t worked for four months”.
I’m just thinking yeah it’s a state affairs we’re in, broken Britain. Country is a disgrace.

Went to the Almeida on Friday night. Saw the American Psycho musical. Was literally front row, actors were very close. Couldn’t looked them in the eye. lol
Tottenham need to play their youth team in the Champions League. Not going to win so should put their energy in staying in the Premier League. lol
