Never going to a gym in west London again, everyone was at least 6ft 4’, both skinny but insanely muscular with arms bigger than my neck… was extremely humbling 💅 we really all are on our own journeys xxxx

Well, it was pathetic and presumably hilarious to see, but I ran for the first time since I’ve had these surgeries. It was about 30 seconds and v uncomfortable but progress at LAST 😭😭
