While at altitude pull into a stall, pull back the throttle, turn the yolk right, hard left rudder, and enjoy the ride. Let go of the controls and give more throttle to level back out. Spins were my favorite part of flight training.

I recall a pilot once saying that hovering was like trying to stand on a greased up basketball with one leg. I failed miserably trying it in a simulator multiple times.

In line for 1.5 hours, met a really cool guy that was a concert photographer and roady for The Suicide Machines back in the 90's.

While most people left the store with a bag, I had one of the BCW boxes 3/4 full. I did not go in expecting to drop $1k on records. Also went to the comic book store.
