As a Canadian with family in the US, it pains me to say that I trust China more than the US now. The 1st term could be an aberration, the 2nd term, well I just don’t see the US able to come back from the damage he, the GOP & his base have done.

The Borrowers series, Mary Norton. As a kid growing up with 9 siblings hiding in the branches of the willow tree, I read the series and enjoyed the quiet. My daughters loved them and now my granddaughter and I are reading them together.
The City of Prince George was sued by a family whose child got caught up in some ropes on a tree house, built on a tree that grew, in part, on City property. The child was seriously hurt, the home owner & the City paid out a lot. Liability exists & the city taxpayers will be the ones who pay.
Just your civic reminder that politicians in Canada don’t weigh in on cases before the courts.

My grandson is fully vaccinated & masks regularly. The one time he didn’t have a mask & took Skytrain to work, he got sick & tested positive for Covid. Fortunately, because he’s vaccinated it has been mild but it still hangs on for a while. Covid is very real, wear a mask & get vaccinated.
