I don’t have legal advice for trans people in Kansas yet, but the 14th amendment is supposed to prohibit having a DL seized without due process

If there is an injunction, surrendering their DLs could be a mistake.

Too many artists out there taking on commissions for clients with niche fetishes/kinks/interests where they don't really feel comfortable committing to the bit so they just don't draw what the client actually wants and then neither end up happy.
