This show takes Mary Sue-ism to new heights, not only because multiple male characters are in love with the female lead, but also because 99.9% OF THE CAST ARE TERRIBLE PEOPLE so that she looks saintly in comparison. I'm not sure how 2000s era ff.net writing is happening in 2026, but here we are.

I get that I'm really only a "mostly watch clips on social media" Unclouded Soul / 逍遥 watcher, but I do not understand how the audience is supposed to make it out of this show without wanting pretty much the entire secondary cast to just die. (Except the cat. The cat is perfect and unproblematic.)
