So this is a serious thread I've wanted to make for a while, I've mentioned it before but it concerns RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria), a very underrecognized condition and my struggles with it. I would really appreciate if you took the time to read cause I really don't want it to be ignored. π§΅
Things I have to remind myself of every day. and most of the time I fail.
Sadly as an Autistic individual - this is a constant battle that we have to go through on a daily basis.
It's tiresome having to constantly deal with it. And cold shoulder people who refuse to understand and resort to all the wrong social cue executions because of (x) doesn't help us
Please never judge before know them-
PMDD & RSD does NOT cause βone sided relationshipsβ & it does NOT make a βone sided relationship β type person at all!
Compassion helps!
