The money needs to be returned to taxpayers, and she must be stripped of her authority to spend a penny, impeached, removed or resign this week. Noem, Tricia McLaughlin her husband, Lewandowski, need to pay the price stealing from taxpayers. For anybody else, it would mean long prison sentences.
