Why can’t people (especially scientists) see that AI generated figures and diagrams shout out that they were AI generated and look awful? You’ve spend many months designing and performing experiments only to cover the resulting masterpiece in clear plastic like a cheap sofa.

A good core won't need or use bsa in sheath fluid. Most don't. I was disabused of the need for bsa early on.

To turn spatial data into a 3D object, check our protocol (open source, napari plug-in). @guignardlab.bsky.social @adrianobolondi.bsky.social @ibdm.bsky.social
For example, if you have spatial RNA-seq as sections, you can align them automatically to analyse directly in 3D.

I’m recruiting new members to the Farrell Lab this summer. We will have space for 1 postdoc (since Abhinav is leaving to start his own lab at U Arizona!!) and 2 postbacs, since my current two will leave for PhD programs at the end of the summer. More details in thread:

Has anyone tried hiding text in grants and manuscripts that tell AI readers this is great work? Asking for a friend....

You can't think out of the box if you don't think. For how i see it this is not an inherent problem of AI, which at the end it's just at tool (for now). It's rather a problem inherent to us, human beings (aka lazy bastards).

Happy #MassSpecMonday!
Explain mass spectrometry badly in one sentence.
We’ll start: “Yeet molecules into a vacuum and see who panics first.”

The best thing one can do for technicians who want to go to graduate school is to teach them how to plan an experiment properly. Maybe even full project considerations. They come in so much stronger.

You betcha. And you're probably looking at extracellular domains so you probably don't have to worry about phospho like the other guy mentioned. That's for intracellular OGlcNAc.
