I should clarify: I think the scenario is people DO stop, but drivers on Glenn can’t see them, and they can’t see drivers on Glenn. So it looks like they’re running the stop when really they’re just going oh fuck I didn’t see that guy and hitting the gas.
I agree that spots a mess. I’d submit that people blowing the sign coming down Genesee is maybe just because there’s really limited visibility to the left because of that acute angle. Cars fly down Glenn too. We’ve all made poor calls between gas it or slam in the brakes in those scenarios.
