Tweet from Ryan Brauniger: More: LaViolette took batting practice in the last hour, and the pain did cause some pain and discomfort but did not alter his swing. He then went to Michael Earley and said he wanted to give it a go. News: In a rather shocking turn of events, Texas A&M outfielder Jace LaViolette will play tonight against LSU in the SEC Tournament quarterfinals. Iβm told the broken bone in his hand canβt get worse so itβs become a pain management situation. I expect to see him in a DH role.
give him whatever Zach Calzada got in the tent
