And it happens to be vegan! Wouldn’t even know.

The lamination is amazing! I’ve never seen vegan laminated pastries like this before. I heard Forma uses Tourlami plant-based butter.

Each year I try and mix up the fruits for my fruit bowl to do something unique for that year. The fruit in my 2026 bowl has: Limequat Calamansi Clementine tangerine Satsuma mandarin Opal apple Green apple Orlando tangelo Rio red grapefruit Red pummello Red mango Red grapes Kiwi This year, I focused more on citrus and all the fruit is organic. I also included Filipino fruits calamansi and mango to represent!

In Filipino tradition for the new year, we put on our table a bowl of 12 round fruits. The intent is to encourage over the upcoming 12 months: prosperity, good fortune, sweetness, and healthiness.

Going egg-free nowadays is actually easier than before. I'm allergic to eggs and had to give them up decades ago.

Glad to hear you found a cure! Totally get doing dietary change for health reasons. Had a similar thing. I genetically have high cholesterol. Doc wanted to put me on statins but I wanted to try going plant-based first. So far so good. Plus it's been good for my sensitive digestive system.

I doctor pre-made food all the time cause I want to tweak it just a bit to get a bit more of the flavor and texture I want. This Trader Joe's chili has butternut squash, sweet potatoes, and pumpkin puree which I don't want to cook from scratch. My add-ins also doubled the chili so I get more food.😃

I really wish I could get completely off of Meta platforms. Ghosting my IG and Threads. I can't leave Facebook because that's where both sides of the family and in the Philippines use so I need to for keeping in touch. Really terrible and sad where Zuck has taken things.

Thank you so much! All I have left is a lingering cough that comes and goes in spurts. It also starts when I talk too much which is another reason I haven't been able to do any videos without coughing yet. 😆 Whatever strain of flu this is it's a doozy so I've been encouraging others to stay safe!
