I've been told by some residents that his name is Norman and he has been there for years. Apparently, he burned in the fire but since only silver can kill Werewolves, he was reborn from the ashes and is back. Standing ever watchful over the area.
Covering the Eaton Fire destruction in Altadena yesterday and saw this. Apparently, developers are trying to buy up the properties for redevelopment. I assume the Altadena Werewolf was put up as a symbol against it. A watchful guardian over the land.
