I had to make some phone calls today. The operator lady said hold time was going to be 79 minutes. So I put my AirPods in and cleaned the bathroom on hold. What kind of multitasking adulting am I into?

I’m at the point of my life where I have to move from my apartment where I lived by myself to either a cheaper apartment or with a roommate because the job I do have pays minimum wage and everything is too damn high. I need a second job.

Nothing like receiving a postcard saying that the Dr that ghosted me last year filed for bankruptcy. I thought that lady was in jail the way she shut down operations so quick.

My day:

Worked at the airport
Went by Chez Mia to volunteer
Swung by the Costco with a friend
Dropped off donations at The Dream Center.

I felt like weeping when I got home after seeing all those people in line for donations.

People saying we all need to watch/attend the inauguration because we need to be one. The only thing I’m celebrating that day is MLK.

This is horrible. People are displaced and lost everything and people are taking this opportunity to steal.

I signed up to volunteer for two places today. I don’t have money to donate but will give of my time and do whatever I can to help those that are displaced and the amazing first responders that all of these locations.

Views from work at the Burbank Airport today.

All our flights were cancelled today. I was on announcements. The smoke got closer as the day went on then you could just smell smoke. I’m tired.

I was out there fighting for my life at the airport. Walking from the ticket counter to the gate on the tarmac, cones flying past me, almost lost my arm in a heavy door and the passengers asked me why the flight was cancelled.

No one told me my hair looked like this after walking back and forth on the tarmac at the airport and two canceled flights.

Not me going on Facebook and someone is congratulating a guy on an engagement and I’m like engaged? 😳, what happened to his wife that he had 3 kids with? I just went down a rabbit hole on both their pages.
