How do your 7th grade Algebra students (I know, I know) see point slope form? y - y1 = m(x -x1). They are sooooo confused. Thank you!

I need help. I have been sleepless bc I have not yet found a linear eqn hands on project for my 7th gr Alg Ss. Colleague does an amazing standing marble run. Not enough boards for all. Any suggestions? I do names in Desmos that we laser cut. want a multi day one pls.
Take the Sonoma/Marin Smart Train everyday. 1.5 hours total travel time, 54 on the train for not driving and working or reading, (I need to drive to station and ride my bike to train and to school, then reverse) Plus exercise vs 55 minutes in traffic. Yes Please!
