Also just gonna put this out there that even if your character is a fc and the canonical character is a minor. That character is still a minor. Stop posting sexual content with them.

Once the disorienting effects wore off Jill spoke sternly.

If Cerise could easily break out of metal cuffs, then these were likely going to just as easy once the effects wore off.

Patiently, she waited an arm's length away from the 'apprehended' thief.

"Yeah that's kind of the point of a flash grenade," she said with a dry quip.

That means she definitely wasn't prepared for the operative's attempt to bind her wrists with the military grade zip ties.

Standard issue BSAA zip ties were taken out of a hip pouch.

Most of their targets were usually slain on the field.

Either because they were infected, or fought to the bitter end.

But in some rare instances, apprehension was possible.

"We definitely should find a way to pry him from his duties as Captain one day. It'd be fun. All three of us going out for a bit."

Firm and without hesitance, the BSAA operative nodded in agreement.

"All my duties are done for the day. Some reports to do later tonight, but those can wait."

In some cases, like herself, it wasn't only figuratively.

It took a considerate amount of time for Jill to build herself back up after the Spencer Mansion aftermath. Even more so than the Arklay mansion, and Racoon City.

Flash of a genuine smile in return a glimpse of that rehabilitation.

They all had their own methods of coping after the traumatic events they dragged themselves through.

There was never going back to a 'normal' lifestyle. Some adjustments to bring slices of normal, maybe.

Chris's tastes hadn't really changed much over the last decade.

If anything, they'd become more simplistic. To the point.

Pistol shot the thrown Flash Grenade, ensuring it detonated even faster than normal.

These did no physical damage.

But they disoriented. Even heavy hitting foes found them irritating, so she figured it'd be the same with this supernatural kleptomaniac.

"Word of advice, you shouldn't toy with your opposition."

There was a third option. One Jill felt confident in.

Whether it played out as she intended was about to be seen.

Subtle click. Something retrieved, and hurled towards the thief.

Remark about pretty faces produced a dry smirk to the side. Clearly not amused.

"Ex-Police. I'm BSAA now," she said matter of fact, and with a sense of pride.

As she should. Chris, and herself helped build the core principles of the organization from the ground up.

Finger off the trigger for now, but that could easily change depending on what she may perceive as hostile intent.

"I'm going to take a preliminary investigation of what's going on. No faster way of obtaining information than boots, and eyes on the ground."

That's when she noticed it. Something —someone — had been staring her down.

"What the fuck," she blurted out at the sight of Hero of Hell.

Earpiece turned on, and preliminary communication with HQ.

"So you guys know as much as I do .ᐣ"

Pause. Diligent absorption of information.

"In other words this is beyond our scope of combat experience."

Grip on her utensil tightened. An instinctive panic. Sirens were never any good. Ever.

The message blaring along with the sirens not sounding any better.

Scattered numbers of people who stopped what they were doing. All of them moving with urgency.

Jill the only one remaining on the streets.

No international warrant. No reason to really pursue, so ultimately resumed her search without his help.

Which . . . went about as poorly as prior BSAA attempts to get in contact with Public Safety's higher ups.

The BSAA agent was currently on a lunch break when the sirens suddenly went off.

Jill was certain she'd gotten a hold of the infamous 'Chainsaw man'. At least in his civie form.

But the guy was seriously hard to talk to. And wanted nothing to do with having to hear out her request.

In the end he managed to slip away.
