FWIW, I'm modestly optimistic that the whole habit-building actually sticks. Been feeling rather low and listless lately, but so far there wasn't any question as to whether I get on the mat in the afternoon.

If you see this, post an eye.

(Yes, I know that a day of rest every couple days would optimise training effects, but for now, this is first and foremost about consistency -- getting into the habit of doing daily exercise without having to think about it or work up motivation.)

For the past two weeks or so, not a single day has passed without at least some part of me aching (mostly back, shoulders, hips, joints).

I consider this a good thing -- if 5-10mins of bendy posing each day do that to me, it was probably necessary.

How did you get them to stand still like that for long enough to paint them? And how long did it take for complete chaos to break out afterwards? :D

Today at #chezRat: Cheese and onion muffins. Suuuuper light and fluffy… maybe a bit too much so, as I could have done with a bit more texture in the mix.

Maybe next time I'll add some (vegetarian) bacon cubes… or nuts, or roast onions.

Today at #chezRat, it's back to bread mixes. This time, a "rustic country bread" with emmer and einkorn.

Super fluffy, amazing crust… so I just had to indulge my gluttony by eating three (3!) slices.

My small joy for today: Walking over the market, heroically resisting the temptation to get some deep-fried fish and looking forward to putting the delicious stuff I bought on top of the lovely fresh-baked bread waiting for me at home.
