Totally it’s ableist and presumes housing security. It definitely needs to be reworked.
Most prepared foods aren’t covered I believe which really defeats the purpose. Also, a rotisserie chicken can last like 5 meals if you use all of it. It doesn’t make a lot of sense. Good luck navigating all the weird rules.
