If it's a plate beam splitter inside the cube you could try completely loosen the clamp that holds it. I've seen optics ever so slightly getting warped by the clamp introducing aberrations in the reflected image.

Huge congrats to the team of project "PatCorg" for the prestigious ERC Synergy grant dedicated to studying organoids to uncover mechanisms underlying cortical development: A Pierani (@ipnp.bsky.social), S Nedelec (Institut Monod), S Descroix and B Sorre (Institut Curie), and A Baffet (Inst Curie).
I'm very grateful for receiving an #ATIP-avenir grant for our team. Thanks to the continued support from @ipnp.bsky.social and @inserm.fr I am looking forward to some exciting science over the next few years!
🙏. Yes, would love to discuss more.
This is cool! Changes in membrane voltage signal injury and help regeneration. Made visible thanks to voltage imaging.
How can organs regenerate fast? Bioelectricity helps -- by coupling sub-second electrical injury signals to regenerative proliferation.
First preprint from my potsdoc :D with @liujinghui.bsky.social @ritamateus.bsky.social @mpi-cbg.de and collaborators @mpipks.bsky.social @csbdresden.bsky.social
"Semaine du cerveau" comes to the @ipnp.bsky.social in form of an art exhibition "PIGMENTS, PIXELS & SYNAPSES : REPROGRAMMER L’AUTOPORTRAIT" (11-16.03.2025, by the artist Alexandra Boucherifi-Kornmann. You can visit every day from 10h-18h!

black and white picture with some vignetting of the top floor of a typical Parisian building. On one of the windows, the paint is peeling.
When aligning a microscope camera and a tube lens, infinity starts just across the street. And across the street the windows could do with some fresh paint...

In the US, UAS:Voltron2 seems to be available from ZIRC. Otherwise, the Schreiter lab at Janelia might be able to help.
