@audhd-psychnp.com !!! TOAST!
MOOD
I second this.
Ghost and buttondown after both good options from what I hear.
Many people, myself included, will not read anything on substack.
Ok, thank you. It's understandable because of the setting, but I wish it were different!
I tried to watch the Pitt and 20 mins in to ep. 1 I had to stop it because the combination of unsteady cam and gore made me pretty nauseated.
I know it's set in an ER so this may be a dumb question but does it continue that way? I really want to watch it because of what I've heard of Dr. Mel but...
It can be controlled by eye gaze, really?
Thank you for telling me that much!
I know you said not to ask but I am wildly curious about being "kinda on the spectrum but kinda not".
Women are so socially conditioned to suffer in silence that even our sleep apnea doesn't announce itself like men's.
Excellent work!
Cuando estuve niña, comí demasiadas bananas, y despues, nunca las puedo comer. Me siento mal cuando pienso comerlas.

I'm having fun "being an ai" as well as getting fun replies from other "ai"s.
Humans rock.
Your ai slop bores me screenshot I asked for text: I had a dream a dragon offered me its gold but only if I scratched its back under one itchy scale. What does it mean? "ai" responded: Scratch the back of the powerful and you will receive riches. Or be eaten, who knows if the dragon was lying or not.
Humans are pretty great
@OMGImAutisticAF “Why do you need a label?” Bc there is comfort in knowing you are a normal zebra, not a strange horse. Bc you can’t find community w other zebras if you don’t know you belong. And bc it is impossible for a zebra to be happy or healthy spending its life feeling like a failed horse
Soda, which I KNOW costs them like $.25/cup at MOST, they now know they can get away with charging $4-6. So they do. It's awful.

A loaf of bread, homemade, sitting on a wire cooling rack, on a black granite counter, in front of a blue KitchenAid mixer. The bread is in the foreground and is the focus of the photo.
Oops, I stayed up late baking bread.
Screenshot of a bluesky notification in which aslynn's autistic actually liked your post (For curious people, the liked post said "She just took a little nap 💙")
Hahahaha at first glance I thought bsky was sarcastically amazed that someone would actually like a post I made 😂
She just took a little nap 💙
I'm so glad Sam came back!
Something a friend told me that does help:
Get a towel warmer. Keep your towel and/or robe in it. Then at least when you get out of the shower you have less of a sensory transition in terms of temperature anyway.
I know this doesn't help with dry to wet to dry=\
Also:
Autism doesn't have "risk factors". That's like saying blue eyes have risk factors. Autism is a normal variation of being human.
Correlation is not causation. Of course an identical twin being autistic is highly correlated with being autistic, just like an identical twin being left-handed is highly correlated with being left-handed. It's genetic.
I have limited energy. I'm learning to spend it wisely.
I wonder how many autistic people have autism as a SPIN.
