Again, that’s not how a release clause works. We’re fine for PSR. He can rot in the ressies if he doesn’t like it. I’d rather that as it sends a message to other players about playing the game, the way Elagna did. He left with dignity.

We’re obviously hoping a bidding war ensues. It certainly widely known that he’s available now.

The release clause doesn’t mean he must be sold at that price. It means he can be. What we sell him for is up to us, so $65m may do it, unless Marinakis and Levy are too egotistical to agree. He’s still worth slightly more, so it’s fair, given that he can’t hit an aircraft hangar door from 20 yards.

Just curious as to what we've done wrong? Seems like Levy used the media to try to poach a player on the cheap and Forest didn't like it. I'm just fine with that.
