In the second frame, an older, male, Bornean bay cat with orange eyes and copper fur leans close over the jaguar, saying, "Kah'riss? Kah'riss... Wake up, wake up, wake up!" The bay cat, E'e, is wearing a gray military uniform with gold trim. Visible in the upper right corner of both frames is the signature of the artist, @yumakes_ocs

Getting my weekly stories done earlier in the week, rather than later, is much better for my brain.

This is how you become a writer: just pick one of the things that is deeply wrong with you. Make it a character. Now send it on a self-help journey or try to kill it. Now call it a book.

Even though I'm on part 35 of Codex Heroix, I really want to turn around and redo the first few episodes...
