This changed how I live my life now and seeing these old codgers at it, I hope I will still be doing that at their current age and be a healthy old codger myself to still be a dad for my kids.

What I think about the moment I set foot in my gym in the morning. So many elderly people working out and staying healthy. Makes me a little sad though that my mother, who passed away two years ago, wasn’t motivated to keep herself healthy.
