This interesting article is also a fascinating example of how it's possible to learn more from difference than similarity. I found it very insightful (as well as humourous) - hope you do too.
An interesting and stimulating contribution to the debate. Personally, I wouldn't describe efficiency that has no focus on outcomes as an efficiency. It's simply a cut, or a poorly thought through management initiative.

"Learn while you earn" is the only pragmatic way forward for some students and it would be very regressive if this key means of progression, in some cases from the construction trades themselves, were to be cut off.
